CANCELLATION POLICY
At our spa, we are committed to providing the highest level of care and service to every client. To ensure smooth operations and fair access for all, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies: Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations within 48 Hours: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 100% charge of the service booked. While we always do our best to rebook the appointment to avoid the fee, we cannot guarantee availability and appreciate your understanding. No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service and will be unable to book future appointments. Botox Clients A $250 flat fee applies for no-shows. Refund Policy All sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund, no-return, and no-exchange policy on all services and products.
